My husband and I moved into the Heights in November of 2019 and still currently living here (Aug 2022). I will try to break up my review into sections for those who care more or less about specific details Building itself When we moved in the apartment was very clean and almost looked like no one had ever lived in our unit. The carpets were brand new and everything looked great. The size of the bedrooms and bathrooms are typical of a regular two-bedroom. They have a cleaning crew who comes in and cleans the hallways and lobbies of each building including the stairs and elevators so the buildings have remained very lovely over the last three years. It's apartment living so you can hear noise from time to time but for the most part, we hear nothing in our unit. Depending on what side of the buildings you live on we have the most amazing sunrises and sunsets. Office Staff I honestly think the office staff is the heart and soul of living at the heights. They genuinely care about the tenants that live here and make living here a wonderful place. We have many community events and gatherings that are always very well organized and put together. Jenna and Bill are the perfect Duo and have made us feel at home from day one. In fact Jenna was the first person to hold our son when he came home from the hospital. My kids love stopping in and saying hello when picking up a package. Maintenance Over our time here we have put in a few maintenance requests to fix our dryer and fridge. They are extremely quick to help and get repairs handled if needed as quickly as possible. Luckily with the apparent complex being so new we have not had very many issues just the basics. Grounds If you have owned your own home you know how much work goes into the grounds. The team here does such an amazing job and pays close attention to detail. The flowers are beautiful and it always looks so good. In the summer the pool and grills are well cared for. Dicky cleans the grills every morning and wipes down the tables, chairs, and anything you can think of. A company comes to our door every night and picks up our trash and we almost never see trash on the grounds here. In the winter the team is out shoveling all the pathways and plowing early morning for those of us who need to get to work or school. Long story short we have absolutely loved everything about living here and have built a wonderful community of friends and neighbors.
