Tenant responsible for individual electricity and gas utilities. Unit available for July 1 move-in. Small dogs under 30lbs may be considered. A one time pet fee equal to 1 months rent will be collected at lease signing. All pets must provide reference, vet docs, and attend a meet and greet before approval.
