What a difference a year makes !! This place is such a wonderful place to live and the views are amazing !!! So convenient to so many walkable establishments. The local restaurants are beyond amazing !! It’s really sad people leave bad reviews just because they didn’t want to see Haverhill center built up and they want everywhere in Haverhill to be the cheapest rent possible. They are luxury apartments.they are not rent control low end. The people who left reviews who never even saw one of the apartments shouldn’t even be able to leave her review. You can’t negotiate a luxury Apartment for a Lew price. Sorry for the edit, but it was sad seeing some of these reviews

I just moved into the Heights at Haverhill and I couldn't be happier about my experience. From the initial showing to the move in, I was treated like a valued tenant. My apartment is really great! The appliances are top of the line and brand new! As a new building, I'm sure I will find some issues but I have complete confidence that management will take care of them quickly. So far, I'm loving it. The views are spectacular and the amenities are first class. The location is central to everything that is happening in Haverhill. (This city is up and coming)The gym in the basement is perfect with just the right amount of equipment. I can't wait for the Sky bar and Restaurant to open next year. The Boardwalk is just steps from the lobby. I'm looking forward to parking my car and walking everywhere. I highly recommend these apartments.
