With 5 beautifully designed bedrooms, including one king and four queen beds (one of which is a queen air mattress with a headboard), and 2 full bathrooms with showers, there's ample space for everyone to spread out and recharge. Enjoy private backyard patio access, ideal for morning coffee or evening chats. Garage parking is available for up to 3 vehicles, and free street parking is also available. Whispering Oaks Retreat is nestled in Forest Park, a welcoming and walkable neighborhood known for its tree-lined streets, charming local shops, and great dining options. Just minutes from Oak Park and an easy drive or train ride into downtown Chicago, you’re perfectly positioned to explore the city while enjoying the quiet comfort of the suburbs. Coffee shops, parks, and hidden gems are all nearby. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking is not allowed inside or outside, with fines of $500 for indoor violations and $250 for outdoor violations. Events are not allowed unless previously informed. Guests must be 25+ to book. Unapproved additional overnight guests will incur an extra person fee of $25 per person per night. No unregistered guests are allowed. All guests must be accounted for prior to check-in. Please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms. Please respect the noise curfew and turn off the AC/Heating when you go out. Please respect check-in and check-out times. Lost keys incur a replacement fee. Please take care of the furnishings; damages exceeding the security deposit may result in charges. Please do not rearrange the furniture. Please do your dishes and take the trash out before you leave. No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
