Access to the Solterra Resort clubhouse, including the lazy river, water slide, pool area, tennis and volleyball courts, and fitness center, is available with a one-time $49 resort access card per party, purchased at the clubhouse. Solterra Resort is a gated resort-style community in Davenport, located just off US-27 on the south side of the Disney area. Posner Park's shops and restaurants are also just a few minutes away. Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
