Private basement rental available in Stroh Ranch situated approximately 5 minutes south of downtown Parker. Rental includes access to the community pool and fitness center, and we are walking distance to the Cottonwood Trail. Space includes a private bedroom, private bathroom, living area, and kitchenette. This is a really nice, large space of approximately 874 sq feet. The room includes an updated bathroom, walk in closet, and barn door. Kitchenette newly added for your use. I am a single female in my 30s with a 9 year old girl. We have one well behaved cat. We are seeking a quiet, respectful single female (preferably) to rent our space. No smoking, no partying, no pets. Infrequent guests okay (not overnight). Utilities are all included as long as it is reasonable use. Wifi also included. Rent is $1100/month. Security deposit of $900.
