A cozy daybed is available in the living area, and a crib can be provided upon request. Enjoy exclusive access to the backyard pool and spa, a fire pit with seating, and a barbecue/grill. The spa heating can be accommodated for an extra $100/day, and the pool can be heated from October 1st to May 26th for an extra $250, weather permitting. No smoking is permitted in the house; outside only in designated areas, with a $350 fine for violations. Large group events or parties (more than 8 people) are prohibited, with a $500 fine for violations. The minimum age to reserve the home is twenty-five years old. For all stays longer than 14 days, a mandatory cleaning will be scheduled every two weeks during your stay, with staff providing a 48-hour notice.
