Quiet, country studio w/skylights and great views near the Bookmill. Open plan with kitchen, dining, and office areas, queen bed, 2 balcony decks, large yard, wood floors. Easy to clean/maintain. Extras: clean, clear well water, garage space w/garage door opener, access to washer/dryer on-site. Insofar as possible, because I’m chemically-sensitive and live here when I’m not renting it out, I will ask that you use no strong perfumes or chemicals, e.g. detergents and cleaning products. Rent includes lawn care, water, recycling. You pay for electric heat and hot water (average $75/mo, depending on your use and current utility rates), propane for stove (likely $100 per year or less), shared wifi (~$27/mo, shared with the house), and trash stickers. I require full reference and credit checks- and first and last month's rent and security deposit with signed lease.
