Parties are prohibited, and reservations may be canceled without refund if the number of guests exceeds the number specified in the reservation. Smoking is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the smoke detector is triggered or the smell of smoke is detected, the reservation may be canceled, and a service call fee of $150 and cleaning fees of $200 will be charged.
