Washer, dryer, refrigerator, range oven, and dishwasher all included. Application fee $35 per adult occupant or guarantor/co-signer. Deposit equal to one month's rent. 1-2 small to medium (50 pound maximum) pets considered, if house/litter trained and over 1 year old. $350 non-refundable pet fee for first pet, and $250 pet fee for second pet. 2 pet maximum. Credit, background, and income checks will apply to all adult residents. Applicants should have income of 3x the rent, a 600+ credit score, and a good background check. Students may use a qualified guarantor to co-sign if they have no credit or low income. Offered by Select Management Group LLC at Select Real Estate.
