Red Barn is an urban agrihood in the heart of the Ozarks. Our community provides a variety of housing types, including townhomes clustered around green space and flats over tuck-under parking. Live in close proximity to downtown Bentonville while savoring a unique Ozarks Living experience surrounded by trails, farmland and forested areas.

Red Barn is a fantastic community surrounded by Ozark mountain trails (you can actually see the stars at night!) and a quick ride to the downtown Bentonville square that has a farmers market and many restaurants and little shops. We absolutely love the office and maintenance teams. There are campgrounds, bonfires, a pool table, treehouse and farm on site. Layout is spacious and there are lots of layouts to choose from. Fenix is amazing and hosts resident events every month. One month my wife attended an art workshop and made vision boards, another month we went to Friendsgiving in the grange, and there often are food trucks and music on the lawn by the barn! Red Barn is a very natural and serene complex that promotes a healthy lifestyle! Absolutely love living here!

I’m a local musician and recently had the opportunity to perform for Red Barn’s Fall concert series. I truly cannot say enough about how lovely this property is, alongside the amazing people who live and work here! Fenix, the property manager went truly over the top providing me with a hospitable experience. I was offered the model unit to stay for the night and had never felt more at home! The community warmly welcomed me as well as made it very easy to imagine myself living there. Between the luxurious feel of the apartment, to serene surroundings of the outdoor gathering area, and the super close proximity to the amenities of Downtown Bentonville all while remaining a secluded feel, it’s nothing short of a rare find. I look forward to having the chance to perform at this wonderful community again and highly recommend checking it out for yourself!
