We have lived here from the start. ALOT of changes since initially signed our lease. We love the community here and have made some amazing life long friendships. Communication is lacking, but we have decided to stay here because of the location and the residents here are so great. I live on the first floor and before signing our third lease here we were told they forgot to put a $50 convenience fee, which we were never personally EVER told about that. We live on the first floor because my husband is disabled and it was the best for us. I pay a $50 convenience fee because I can utilize my patio to come and go but what is convenient about hearing every move the person above us makes? What is convenient about hearing my neighbors going to the bathroom. The property is beautiful and Ellen is super sweet. Madison is very quiet and really doesn’t engage unless she is forced to. Our new maintenance staff is AMAZING and very quick to take care of things. Overall even with the minor issues we have had we love it here and have no plans to move.

I gotta say I love this place! It's so nice. The clubhouse is a great space to chill with the movie theater, pickleball court and my favorite is the craft room. Craft room! Everything is always so clean and for some reason smells sooo nice. You can tell they really take time to make this a great place to live. Best part is the customer service. I met Madison and she was so sweet. Showed me around and made me feel comfortable. Not like some places that make you feel like your an inconvenience. The people here are too kind. A+ in customer service. I would defiintely recommend.
