Really nice community! Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. It is located in a great spot in the middle of Rogers and Bentonville. Every time I submit a maintenance request, they are on top of it, usually fixing the issue the same day. Beautiful features with a nature filled vibe!

Love living here. Apartments are well kept and the grounds are nicely manicured. Office staff are kind and courteous and are willing to help in anyway they can. Maintenance guys are very friendly and take care of any maintenence issues in a timely fashion. Great place to live.
