A strict non-smoking policy is in place, with a minimum charge of $250 for odor remediation in the event of a violation. Events or parties are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate cancellation and an order to vacate the premises. Homeowners' association may contact the police if there are any disruptions to neighbors or illegal activities. Guests are required to send a copy of their photo ID for documentation purposes prior to check-in. The homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur during your stay, nor for any loss of personal belongings or valuables. Damages to towels, linens, or furniture may result in charges for repairs or replacements. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. Trash cans must have their lids closed at all times; any excess trash will need to be taken with you, or an extra charge of $75 will apply if assistance is needed.
