Check-in is after 3 PM and check-out is before 11 AM. Late check-out may be possible with advance notification and approval. All guests must provide their names and ID details. For foreign guests, a passport is required as ID. A selfie with your ID is also required as an anti-fraud measure. Guests must be 25 or over to check in, or 18 for reservations of 7 nights or more. Guests whose names or IDs do not match the provided information will not be allowed into the building. There is a strict no-party policy, and the unit is equipped with video surveillance at the front door and a noise detector. Exceeding the number of guests specified in the reservation or excessive noise may result in immediate reservation cancellation without refund. There is a no-smoking policy for cigarettes or marijuana inside the unit or building. If the smoke detector is triggered, Globalstay has the right to cancel the reservation immediately and charge a $150 service call fee and $200 cleaning fee.
