Paid public parking is available in the building; please ask the concierge to clarify prices and availability. A travel crib (for babies 0-18 months) and bed rails are available for $10 per item per night; please book in advance. Pets are allowed for a fee of $20 per pet per night; please confirm availability prior to booking. The condominium building is a 15-minute walk from CN Tower and under a 20-minute walk from Yonge&Dundas Square, making it ideal for business travelers and sightseeing. Union subway and railway station is just a 10-minute walk from the building, making it easy to get around without a car. Many main attractions, such as the CN Tower, Ripley’s Aquarium, and St. Lawrence Market, are less than 20 minutes away on foot. The Kitchen Table, the closest grocery store, is 400m away, and the area has plenty of restaurants. The minimum age for booking is 25 years, though for reservations of 7 nights or more, it is possible to check-in from the age of 18. Check-in is after 4PM, and check-out is before 12PM. The apartment is equipped with video surveillance at the front door only and a noise detector. If you plan to invite any additional guests, please inform us in advance. Any type of smoking is prohibited inside the apartment or building. If the alarm is triggered and the smell of any type of smoke is detected, the partner has the right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you a $150 service call and $200 in cleaning fees.
