No smoking of any substance, no vaping of any substance, no illegal drugs, must observe quiet hours between 10p and 10a, must recycle and compost per NYC regulations. The South Slope Brooklyn apt is in a great location, convenient to all transportation (subways, buses, Citibike, etc.). The nearest subway is the R train at 25th St and 4th Ave. 20 minutes ride to Manhattan. There is shopping, dining, banking, etc. along 5th Ave. Street parking on the block is not too bad. Paperwork and credit check required. All adults will be on the lease. Security deposit is equal to one month rent. Showings will be Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons and early evenings by appointment. Agents can bring their clients. An agreement will need to be signed by agents and clients stating that the client hired the agent, the client pays the broker fee, and the agent does not have permission to post my listing.
