Nationwide Arena Stadium is a 10-minute walk away, and Ohio State University campus and downtown Columbus are less than a mile away. Kroger Food Market is also within a mile. Major highways (I-71, I-670, I-315) and COTA bus lines provide easy access for getting around the city. This home is ideal for event attendees, couples, business professionals, or visitors to Ohio State. Due to the central downtown location and shared walls with neighbors, some city or neighbor noise is possible. White noise machines and fans are provided to help mitigate this. Exterior security cameras are in operation 24/7 at the front porch and rear door. A noise monitor measures noise levels only. Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 8 AM. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are not allowed on the property, though smoking is permitted outside the home. Vaping or medical marijuana is not allowed inside the home. Breaking house rules, including those related to plants, loud music, parties, events, smoking, unregistered guests, photography, or tampering with surveillance equipment, will result in a $300 charge per violation. Late check-outs will incur an additional charge of $100. Guests are responsible for all damages, injuries, or losses on the premises. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
