Each home comes with 1 assigned carport. We do not list on OR FACEBOOK MARKETING PLACE SO IF YOU SEE IT ON THERE IT IS A SCAM $50.00 non-refundable application fee per person, age 18 or over. $75 Water / Sewer /Trash fee. Full security deposit of $949.00 is due upon approval. *MOVE IN SPECIAL* 1/2 OFF YOUR FIRST FULL MONTH OF RENT.
