A strict no-smoking policy is enforced; any smoking in the apartment will result in a charge of $500. Please remove all trash from the apartment and place it in outside cans at check-out. Wash used dishes and do not leave food in the sink. Damages or stains to sheets/linens will incur an additional charge not covered by the cleaning fee.
