Situated steps from Flamingo Park and within walking distance to the beach, Lincoln Road, and trendy local bars and restaurants, this apartment offers a prime South Beach location. Early check-ins at 12 pm are available for a fee of $65, or a complimentary 3 pm check-in, subject to availability and confirmation 24-48 hours prior to arrival. Access codes will work precisely at 4 pm if an early check-in has not been confirmed. Due to South Florida's tropical climate, insects may occasionally be present and are not considered a cleanliness issue or grounds for refund. There is a strict no-smoking policy, with a $500 penalty for any smoking in the apartment. No parties or loud music are allowed. At check-out, please remove all trash from the apartment and place it in outside cans, and wash used dishes, not leaving food in the sink. Damages or stains to sheets or linens will incur an additional charge not covered by the cleaning fee. Management staff may access the unit at any time in the event of an emergency, with prior notification and knocking before entry. For smaller issues, management will reach out to guests and may enter if no response is received within 1 hour.
