This home is a convenient base for exploring Zion, Sand Hollow, Quail Creek, and surrounding attractions. This is a 100% smoke-free property. Any violation will result in a $200 per day fine for the duration of the stay. Approved pets are $20/day per pet. Undisclosed or unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fee. Monthly pet fees are $75 per month, per pet. ADA-recognized Service Animals stay for free. Guests must clean up after their pet. A $25 fee per instance of uncollected waste outdoors will be applied. Guests are responsible for professional cleaning costs for indoor "accidents" and the full cost of any property damage caused by pets. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until 8:00 AM each morning. Moving furniture is not allowed. A $500 fee will be assessed if the cleaners have to move furniture to reset the property for the next guest. Garbage must be bagged and stowed in the bins located on the property.
