Feel at home in this Southern Utah vacation home, offering four private bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and TV, plus spacious gathering areas. This home effortlessly balances group connection with personal privacy. All four bedrooms are located upstairs, and every bedroom features its own private bathroom and 55” TV, giving each guest a quiet place to recharge. The main level features a comfortable living room with a 75” TV, a fully stocked kitchen, and a dining area built for gathering. The upper level includes a secondary living area and an upstairs laundry room. Community amenities include a pool with shade and loungers, a game room, pickleball courts, cornhole, and outdoor ping pong. Two cars fit comfortably in the driveway, and overflow parking is located in small community lots at the end of each block. Street parking is not available. No garage access is available at this property. For guests staying longer than 15 days, an additional fee of 50% of the advertised cleaning fee will be assessed. For guests staying longer than 30 days, property evaluation walkthroughs will be scheduled every 30 days. If the property is pet-friendly, pets are allowed at the cost of $10 per pet, per day.
