Upstairs, a secondary living area offers space for kids, games, or quiet downtime, and the upstairs laundry room adds convenience for longer stays. The small backyard is a quaint space to gather but is ideal for stepping outside with a morning coffee or a breath of fresh air. Community amenities include a pool, game room, pickleball courts, cornhole, outdoor ping pong, walking paths and shared spaces. Traveling with a large group? A trusted partner manages a cluster of five neighboring homes, so everyone can stay close. Two cars fit comfortably in the driveway. Overflow parking is located in small community lots at the end of each block. There is no garage access at this property. Quail Creek State Park and Sand Hollow State Park for boating, fishing, watersports, and off-road adventure are 13 miles away. Snow Canyon State Park with hiking, red rock views, and trails is 19 miles away. Zion National Park, world-famous for stunning canyons and scenic drives, is 39 miles away. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. A $500 fee will be assessed if the cleaners have to move furniture to reset the property for the next guest.
