Upstairs, a cozy secondary living space is perfect for kids, game nights, or quiet downtime. The upstairs laundry room makes longer stays easy and stress-free. Two cars fit comfortably in the driveway. Overflow parking is located in small community lots at the end of each block. Please plan accordingly for larger groups. Pets are welcome at the cost of $10 per pet per day. Enjoy a short walk to resort-style community amenities, including a community pool with shade and loungers, a game room, pickleball courts, cornhole, outdoor ping pong, walking paths, and shared spaces. Quail Creek State Park and Sand Hollow State Park are 13 miles away, offering boating, fishing, watersports, and off-road adventures. Snow Canyon State Park, with hiking, red rock views, and trails, is 19 miles away. Zion National Park, world-famous for stunning canyons and scenic drives, is 39 miles away.
