All four bedrooms are located upstairs, each boasting a private full bathroom and a 55-inch television, ensuring personal retreats for every guest. A cozy secondary living space upstairs is perfect for kids, game nights, or quiet downtime, and an upstairs laundry room adds to the convenience for longer stays. Guests can enjoy resort-style community amenities, including a community pool with shade and loungers, a game room, pickleball courts, cornhole, and outdoor ping pong. Two cars fit comfortably in the driveway, and overflow parking is available in small community lots at the end of each block. Please plan accordingly for larger groups as there is no garage access. Zion National Park is 35 miles away, Quail Creek State Park and Sand Hollow State Park are 13 miles away, and Snow Canyon State Park is 19 miles away. Please note that there is active construction in the area surrounding the community, and noise may be present during typical working hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM). This does not affect access to the home or amenities. Smoking or vaping is not allowed on the premises, and a $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation if it is found that guests have been smoking or vaping on the premises. This property is pet-friendly, allowing pets at the cost of $10 per pet, per day. Service animals are permitted at all properties at no extra cost. Guests are required to pick up after their animal and will be charged $10 per exterior location if not cleaned up by the guest. If animals defecate or urinate on the floors, the guest will be responsible for payment of professional carpet cleaning services. If animals cause damage to the property, the guest will be responsible to pay for any repairs or replacement. For unauthorized pets, a $250 fee will be assessed.
