Feel at home in this comfortable Southern Utah home base, perfect for families, friends, and group adventures. All bedrooms are located upstairs, each offering a private full bathroom and 55” TV. Downstairs is all about connection, with a bright living room, fully equipped kitchen, and dining area made for shared meals and conversations. A cozy secondary lounge and a full laundry room are available for longer stays. The home also features a small backyard ideal for fresh air and quiet moments. Community amenities include a resort-style pool with loungers, pickleball courts, a game room, cornhole and outdoor ping pong, and walking paths and shared spaces. Parking is available for 2 cars in the driveway and 2 cars in the garage. Overflow parking is available in designated community lots. Zion National Park is approximately 39 miles away. Community amenities are just a short walk away. Daytime construction noise may be present nearby, approximately 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Moving furniture is not allowed, and a $500 fee will be assessed if the cleaners have to move furniture to reset the property for the next guest. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise, consisting of keeping all audio and noise levels at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises, and a $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation if it is found that guests have been smoking or vaping on the premises. If the property is not pet friendly, no animals are permitted at the property, and for unauthorized pets, a $250 fee will be assessed.
