Due to South Florida's tropical climate, insects may occasionally be present. All homes are professionally cleaned and routinely treated for pest prevention. Occasional insect sightings are not considered a cleanliness issue or grounds for refund. The access code will be active precisely at your check-in time and will deactivate at your check-out time. Early check-ins are available for a fee of $65 or a complimentary 3 pm check-in, based on availability. A strict no-smoking policy is in effect, with a $500 penalty for any smoking in the apartment. Quiet time is observed after 8 pm. Damages or stains to sheets/linens will incur an additional charge not covered by the cleaning fee. Do not use towels or linens for makeup removal.
