Permitted street parking is available directly outside the building on Throop St. Daily parking permits are provided free of charge for up to two weeks, and longer-term permits can be purchased from the city for approximately $120 USD per year. Free non-permit street parking is often available on Huron St within a block of the building. A shared outdoor patio is also available. Smoking of any kind anywhere on the premises, including outdoor spaces, will result in a $150 fine and potential additional fees for remediation. Quiet time is observed after 10pm. Guests are responsible for the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.
