The owner's dogs are next to the dog run so to should they meet and get socialized in case the dogs(our dogs are not aggressive, but we still need to be sure they are compatible before accepting a tenant.) SO it's important that YOUR DOGS SHOULD MEET the owner's DOGS BEFORE SIGNING. (So you might as well bring them to view the studio.) As for cats, the owner's dogs have never met a cat. It's unknown how that is going to play out- so probably a bad idea.
