The Jordanaire apartments have been transformed over the past couple of years to quite an enjoyable place to live. The manager is always on top of any maintenance issues that might come up, and they have fixed a lot of issues that people have stated in some other reviews. I'm actually quite surprised that there are so many negative reviews, because they've done a great job upgrading the units themselves, as well as make the grounds look exceptional. Great place to live.

While babysitting for a friend, I parked in a slot next to a sign that read "PARKING BY PERMIT ONLY AFTER 11 PM" and my car was TOWED! There were empty spots all around me and when I got out there, no one was parked in the spot--IT WAS EMPTY! I was only there for 2 hours. When my husband contacted the manager she said she would not do anything. She said that the management property did not call but that she would not do anything at all. I believe that they must be partners with the towing company to scam people. They also said that they do not use permits anymore...so why would they post that sign? I will be fighting both the management of the apartments as well as the towing agency for towing my car without cause!
