Standard check-in is at 4 PM. An early 12 PM check-in may be available for a $65 fee, depending on availability. Door access code will be active at precisely your check-in time. Due to South Florida's tropical climate, insects may occasionally appear. The apartment is professionally cleaned and routinely treated for pest prevention. Any smoking in the apartment will result in a $500 charge. Please remove all trash from the apartment and place it in outside cans at check-out. Any damages and/or stains to sheets or linens will incur an additional charge. Management staff may access the unit in the event of an emergency. If there is any malfunction or issue within the apartment during your stay, please contact us for repair. We do not allow packages to be sent prior to a guest checking in, and any packages received after check-out will be discarded. Guests do not have access to mailboxes unless for stays of 28 nights or more. We are not responsible for any lost or forgotten items inside the apartment.
