This is your ideal home away from home, whether you’re planning a family vacation, a romantic getaway, or just an escape to the coast. This professionally updated space features designer tile flooring that mimics hardwood, creating a warm and inviting coastal atmosphere. Enjoy access to a range of amenities and facilities, including a fitness center, shuffleboard courts, outdoor picnic and grilling areas, on-site laundry facilities, a modern elevator, high-speed Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and smart TVs. Enjoy one of the largest Gulf-front pools on the island, heated year-round for your comfort. Unassigned parking is available in the parking lot. Extra linens are available before 5 PM for an extra fee of $40. Okaloosa Island is a lovely beach community located in the Florida Panhandle, surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico to the south and Choctawhatchee Bay to the north, offering breathtaking views and a wide variety of outdoor activities. Known for its beautiful beaches and crystal-clear waters, it is a popular destination for swimming, sunbathing, and water sports such as snorkeling, paddleboarding, and kayaking. The nearest public beach access is just steps away at Okaloosa Island Beach Access Five - Doris Jordan Freeway Beachwalk. There are also plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops in the area, as well as attractions like the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park, Wild Willy's Adventure Zone, and the Boardwalk on Okaloosa Island. Smoking is not allowed inside the condo or on the balcony. You must be over 22 to book and stay on the property. The heating and cooling system runs off a boiler system; when the weather outside is below 68 degrees, the heat will automatically turn on whether it's on cool or heat. If you'd like hot air to stop blowing, simply turn the system off and open the balcony door to cool the space. The unit is not childproofed in any way, and you will be responsible to make sure your children are safe in the unit. If not checked out by 11am, you agree to pay a $50 fine. If any sign or smell of smoke is encountered after check out, you agree to pay a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee. Pets are not allowed at this property. Only the specific number of guests noted in the booking are allowed on premises unless approved in writing. If the guest exceeds the occupancy noted in the reservation, all guests and/or visitors to the property will be immediately evicted without refund for unused days remaining. The guest also agrees to pay a charge of $20 per person/ per day for every visitor not identified by the guest in the reservation. Quiet time is 10pm to 8am. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction of all guests from property and no refund will be given for the unused portion of the guests stay.
