Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi and a Smart TV. Fresh linens, extra towels, and beach towels are provided, along with organic toiletries. Parking is available at a partner garage 2 blocks away, with pricing available upon request. Please reserve in advance. If you require an early check-in at 12 PM, there is a $65 fee, subject to availability. Luggage storage is available through a partner service with a 5% discount code provided after booking. Located on a quiet residential street just steps from Flamingo Park, restaurants, cafés, nightlife, and a short walk to the beach and Lincoln Road. You'll be within walking distance to the beach, Lincoln Road Mall, grocery stores, cafés, gyms, parks, and some of the best attractions South Beach has to offer, while still enjoying a quieter residential setting away from the busiest tourist streets. Standard check-in is at 4 PM. There is a strict no-smoking policy, and any smoking in the apartment will result in a $500 charge. Guests are required to remove all trash from the apartment and place it in outside cans at check-out. Any damages and/or stains to sheets or linens will incur an additional charge, as stained sheets are not covered by the cleaning fee. Management staff may access the unit at any time in the event of an emergency. In the event of a smaller issue that will damage the unit if not addressed, management will reach out to guests and may enter if no response is received within 1 hour. Guests should not attempt to repair any malfunctions or issues within the apartment themselves. Parking on South Beach can be complicated, and cars are towed quickly. Guests are advised to park only in designated areas and to reach out for clarification if unsure. Packages cannot be sent prior to a guest checking in, and any packages received after check-out will be discarded. Guests do not have access to mailboxes unless for stays of 28 nights or more.
