Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the entire apartment, including the balcony or patio, as well as all common and outdoor areas of the building. Smoking violations will result in a $500 fee. Guests must observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., and parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Each space has a maximum occupancy limit. Mail cannot be received at this property. Guests will receive check-in information on their arrival date, including a lockbox code for keys and parking details.
