There are noise monitoring devices in the units that are activated if there is a significant level of noise to ensure that all guests are considerate of those around them. There will be a fine and a zero-tolerance/one-strike policy for any activity that disrupts the neighbors. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around the property. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property. A $125 replacement fee will apply if the fob is not returned. Construction is still in progress around the neighborhood and work may occur during the day. The swim spa and hydro plunge pool are currently unavailable for use. The dining table doubles as a laptop-friendly workstation, and high-speed internet service is available throughout the condo. SECURITY DEPOSIT A $100 refundable security deposit is required to be paid a day before check-in to cover any incidental charges or damages.
