Feel at home in this modern 1-bedroom apartment that sleeps 2 people. Please note that the property requires climbing stairs. This apartment features a kitchen, seating area, and ample closet space. Enjoy the property’s pool. One free parking spot is included with your reservation, and spots are numbered for each apartment. If you would like a 12 PM noon checkout, please inquire whether it's available for your stay for an additional $25 by 9 PM the night before your scheduled departure. There is a $100 non-refundable fee per pet to cover the additional cost of cleaning, and if you would like to bring a pet, you must inquire before booking regarding breed limitations and agree to our pet policy. This vacation rental is just minutes from the renowned dining and nightlife attractions of Las Olas. It is 0.9 miles to Las Olas Blvd, 3.8 miles to Fort Lauderdale Beach and 4.3 miles to FLL Airport. Nearby attractions include Hugh Taylor Birch State Park, perfect for kayaking, biking, or relaxing, and the Water Taxi, which allows you to explore the city’s scenic canals from a unique perspective. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced per city ordinance, and full legal names of guests must be provided upon booking. Only standard-size personal vehicles are permitted for parking, and no trailers, boats, vessels, recreational vehicles, buses, box trucks, oversize, or commercial vehicles are allowed, with a $500 fine for violation. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed, and any guest found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund, with a $500 fine for violation. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, and any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. No indoor smoking is allowed, but outdoor smoking at least 10 feet from the building is permitted, and all windows/doors to the unit must remain closed while smoking outdoors, with a $500 fine for violation. Guests must send a photo of a valid ID that matches the name on the reservation via message before receiving check-in instructions. Check-in is any time 4 PM or later. The property is monitored with exterior cameras that capture and record audio and video, and there is a $1000 fine for unplugging, moving, or any alteration of the security cameras or any of its cords, base station, or any other parts/apparatus. The sofa in this listing is not available for use as a bed. Host reserves the right for service providers to access the exterior of the property to maintain landscaping, provide pest control, and provide other maintenance services during the guest's reservation. It is unlawful for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence. Crypto mining or similar activities are not allowed.
