This condo provides superb access to the city's premier attractions. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and closet. There is also a sofa bed in the common area. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, granite countertops, refrigerator, toaster oven, pots/pans, cups, dishes, utensils, a knife set, a coffee maker, and basic cooking supplies. The fully functional bathroom is equipped with sheets, towels, washcloths, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, a hairdryer, an iron, and an ironing board. There are two private health clubs/gymnasiums just a couple of blocks away. The Marta train will save on the taxi fare, parking, or car rental. If you take The Marta train, get off at 'The Peachtree Center' station. Peachtree towers is one block north and located across the street from The Peachtree Center and Hyatt Hotel. The Marta bus is available as well. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the building, and a $250 fine will be imposed for violations. No parties or gatherings are allowed. No pets are allowed in the unit, and a $600 fine will be imposed for violations. Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 9 am. If the building staff assists with a lockout, there is a minimum fee of $65. Behavior resulting in a false alarm will result in a minimum fine of $150 by the building.
