Guests can enjoy a variety of on-site amenities designed for both relaxation and recreation, including two resort-style seasonal pools, a fitness center, and a billiards room. Parking information will be provided upon check-in. Smoking of any kind is never allowed at this property, including the balcony or patio, as well as all common and outdoor areas of the building. Any smoking violations will result in a $500 fee. Guests must observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Only certified service animals are allowed. Requests to bring a pet must be approved prior to booking, and an additional pet fee will be applied after booking if authorized. Any pets brought onto the property without approval will result in a $500 fee. Failure to leave all access items (fobs, keys, parking passes) behind will result in an immediate replacement fee of up to $450 per item. Guests are liable for any damage and/or theft at the apartment, premises, or property caused by the guests, their visitors, or other persons present in the apartment during the guests’ stay. Guests will be charged an early check-in fee of $25 for checking in earlier than 4:00pm and a late checkout fee of $25 for any checkouts after 10:00am. Guests cannot check-in early or checkout late without permission from the host. You will be required to provide a scanned or photographed copy of your valid, government-issued photo ID during the virtual check-in process for the purpose of performing a background check or screening. Includes fresh towels and bathroom essentials. We do not have any control over the availability or quality of the amenities such as the fitness center, the pools, or the billiards room.
