Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited at this property, including the apartment, balcony, patio, and all common and outdoor areas, with a $500 fee for violations. Guests must observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., and parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Each apartment has a maximum occupancy limit, and no more than the specified number of guests are allowed on the premises at any given time. The partner cannot accept any package deliveries and does not allow guests to accept mail or give out this address. The partner assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged belongings. All vehicles parked on the premises are at the owner's risk. Guests are liable for any damage and/or theft at the apartment, premises, or property caused by guests or their visitors. Guests will be required to provide a scanned or photographed copy of their valid, government-issued photo ID during the virtual check-in process for the purpose of performing a background check or screening.
