Other Info - Dishwasher - coin operated washer and dryer on the main floor of the building - AC window units available for free in summer - Room available is 14’x12’, big windows and no closet - Building owned by landlord - room comes unfurnished. There is a possibility to buy some of the furniture if you need it The unit is steps away from Lansdowne, the closest intersection being Bank and Fifth. The canal is a 5min walk down the road and the nearest bus stop is a 2min walk away. Bus routes 6 and 7 come frequently taking you to Greenboro, Rideau, St. Laurent Mall, Carleton Univeristy or Billing’s Bridge. It can’t get any better than this! We are looking for another female roommate. We are two young professionals and ideally looking for another or almost finished university student. We are looking for someone that keeps shared spaces clean. We keep a cleaning schedule and we share costs for supplies for the household (hand soap, toilet paper, cleaning supplies etc.) No smokers please. There is already a cat living in the apartment. No parking designated for building. Street parking available. Credit check, proof of employment and/or savings will be required. Message me if you have any questions :)
