Guests are screened using a third-party partner and will be asked to provide a copy of their government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, provide a valid credit card, pass through a verification portal, and in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Mail and package delivery directly to the building/apartment is discouraged; use a nearby pickup/drop-off location for guaranteed receipt. There is a $300 fine for smoking, which includes any smell noticed by cleaners or physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home, to cover deep cleaning and ozone treatment. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and any evidence will result in a $500 fine, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages. This home is equipped with noise sensors and noise detection monitors. An unauthorized animal/pet fee is $250.00. Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens, or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300.00. Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will be considered negligent damage.
