Have a boat? Onsite storage opportunities are available! All of the Folly Beach restaurants, bars, and beach are walk-able from this unit. Featured amenities include a clubhouse, large pool, tennis court, 2 pickle ball courts and of course the community dock. Not all units have underneath parking, but this one has a tandem 2 car length with some additional storage. Owner pays for water and sewer. Tenant is responsible for electricity. No smoking policy. No sublets allowed. Prefer a 1 year lease minimum. Only 1 pet allowed and prefer if a dog is under 30lbs. Managed by an HOA so tenants are obligated to abide by HOA rules. HOA documents will be provided by manager. Trash, water, and sewer are covered by the landlord. Tenants are responsible only for electric.
