We are renting our beautiful family home, fully furnished on a 1 year lease as we will be relocating. Detached home with access to full yard, patio and garage if needed. Blocks from Main street or Fraser street which is filled with shopping, restaurants, parks, schools, bars and public transportation. Only 10 min drive to downtown Vancouver Available Sept 1st, 2026. Included: - internet - cable tv - parking - hydro (about $125 per month avg) - gas (about $200 per month avg) *require renters insurance Our detached 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and includes thoughtful amenities that make it easy to settle in and feel at home. Sleeping arrangements include: • main floor master bedroom: 1 King bed • main floor room: single Bunk beds (sleeps 2) • lower floor office: Double pull-out couch - optional can install a queen size bed in the kids plays room if needed.
