Occupancy limits are strictly enforced and full legal names of all guests must be provided upon booking. One standard-size personal vehicle is permitted to park in the driveway. No trailers, boats, vessels, recreational vehicles, buses, box trucks, oversize, or commercial vehicles are allowed, and there is a $500 fine for violation. Any guest found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund, and there is a $500 fine for violation. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, and any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. No indoor smoking is permitted, but outdoor smoking at least 10 feet from the building is permitted as long as all windows and doors to the unit remain closed, and there is a $500 fine for violation. Guests must send a photo of a valid ID that matches the name on the reservation via message before receiving check-in instructions. Check-in is any time 4 PM or later. Do not adjust any mounted TVs.
