The unit is an 18-minute drive from Indianapolis International Airport and a 10-minute walk to Indianapolis Station, next to TJ Maxx and the circle. No smoking, parties, or pets are allowed. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 7 am each day, and guests must not disturb neighbors at any time during the stay. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM (a $75/hr late fee applies). No weapons or drugs are allowed. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking.
