This studio is centrally located on Okaloosa Island, with easy access to restaurants, bars, and family activities in Fort Walton and Destin. It features a full kitchen, complete with all the essentials, and a comfortable king-size bed. The living area includes a sofa that converts into a bed. With a TV, closet and dresser, you'll have everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Guests have access to a range of amenities and facilities during their stay, including private beach access, an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness center, a modern elevator, shuffleboard courts, outdoor picnic and grilling areas, free parking, and on-site laundry facilities. The condo itself is fully equipped with modern amenities, including high-speed Wi-Fi and smart TVs. Extra linens are available for the sleeper sofa for an additional fee of $40 if requested before 5 PM. Okaloosa Island is a lovely beach community located in the Florida Panhandle, surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico to the south and Choctawhatchee Bay to the north, offering breathtaking views and a wide variety of outdoor activities. The neighborhood is known for its beautiful beaches and crystal-clear waters, making it a popular destination for swimming, sunbathing, and water sports such as snorkeling, paddleboarding, and kayaking. The nearest public beach access is just steps away at Okaloosa Island Beach Access Five - Doris Jordan Freeway Beachwalk. There are also plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops in the area, as well as attractions like the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park, Wild Willy's Adventure Zone, and the Boardwalk on Okaloosa Island. Guests must be over 22 to book and stay on the property. There is a $500 fee for smoke damage if any sign or smell of smoke is detected after check-out. Pets are not allowed at this property. Only the specific number of guests noted in the booking are allowed on premises unless approved in writing by the host/manager. If the guest exceeds the occupancy noted in the reservation, all guests and/or visitors to the property will be immediately evicted without refund for unused days remaining. The guest also agrees to pay a charge of $20 per person per day for every visitor not identified by the guest in the reservation. The heating and cooling system runs off a boiler system. When the weather outside is below 68 degrees, the heat will automatically turn on whether it's on cool or heat.
