No indoor smoking is allowed, and outdoor smoking must be at least 10 feet from the building with all windows and doors closed; violation will result in a $500 fine. Guests must send a photo of a valid ID that matches the name on the reservation via message before receiving check-in instructions. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced per city ordinance, and full legal names of all guests must be provided upon booking. Only standard-size personal vehicles are permitted for parking, and no trailers, boats, vessels, recreational vehicles, buses, box trucks, oversize, or commercial vehicles are allowed; violation will result in a $500 fine.
