Free parking is available for up to 10 vehicles, with 2 under roof and 7-8 in the driveway. House-trained pets are allowed with a fee of $150 USD per pet per stay. High-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and linens and towels are provided. Located in a private and peaceful area, this estate is conveniently situated a short drive from Lake Texoma and historic downtown Sherman. While offering a quiet retreat, it also provides easy access to shopping centers, grocery stores, schools, and healthcare facilities. Garland offers a variety of dining, shopping, and entertainment options, striking a perfect balance between a calm retreat and easy access to necessities. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. Smoking is not allowed indoors; however, outdoor smoking is permitted, and cigarette butts must be disposed of in the trash. Events are not allowed. Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. onwards, and check-out time is at 10:00 a.m. maximum. Guests must be informed of the total number of guests spending the night and any visiting guests. Unregistered guests are not allowed, and extra guests spending the night may incur additional fees.
