Feel at home in this comfortable 3-bedroom condo, a perfect home base for relaxing days and theme park fun. This two-story condo is located in a gated Reunion community. The condo features a full kitchen, washer and dryer, dining table, game area, TVs, and Wi-Fi. The full kitchen provides space to cook and connect, with stainless steel appliances and a dining table suited for shared meals. Air conditioning and ceiling fans keep the home comfortable year-round. Guests have access to a community pool, gym, and free parking on the premises. Reunion offers a balance of quiet surroundings and proximity to attractions. Disney is approximately 6 miles away, with SeaWorld and Universal Studios within an easy drive. Outside the community gates, you will find a wide range of dining options, water parks, airboat rides, and local attractions that make Central Florida such a popular destination. Reunion is a fun-filled luxury gated community where many people are full-time residents. Up to two cars may park near the building on a first-come, first-served basis, with space for up to two vehicles. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. Includes a dedicated workspace.
