Owned by a jazz musician, it’s filled with creative energy and character, ideal for artists, families, and friends. This historic home features an open-concept main floor for gathering and creativity, a kitchen, a dining area, and a cozy sitting area designed for connection. Large windows bring in natural light and forest views. Upstairs features four bedrooms, a full bath, and laundry. The home is set on 47 private acres of woods and meadows and includes a swimmable pond and a large front porch overlooking the lawn and pond. One dog is allowed with prior approval and a fee. Located in a private setting with easy access to nearby Catskills towns, this home is close to hiking, farms, and outdoor recreation and a short drive to local dining and seasonal attractions. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and outdoor noise should be kept to a minimum, especially at night. No parties or events are allowed, and the guest count must match the reservation.
