The main living area includes a comfy couch and smart TV for relaxing, a full-size dining area, and a dedicated workspace with high-speed Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, plates, glasses, a slow cooker, roasting pan, rice cooker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, electric range, full-size fridge with freezer, blender, coffee maker, hot water kettle, knives, pots and pans, and everything you need to live comfortably away from home. There is also a lawn with picnic benches in the communal area. The bedroom has a king-size bed with extra linens, a large closet, a dresser, and a smart TV. There is one uncovered parking spot assigned to the unit, as well as plenty of unassigned parking for a second vehicle. Laundry facilities are located in the basements of the adjacent buildings, accessed with a key and paid for through a smartphone app. This apartment is a short walk from charming Multnomah Village and steps from Gabriel Park and a local community center with pool access. Gabriel Park is a 5-minute walk, Multnomah Village is 1 mile away, Lewis and Clark College is 3 miles away, OHSU is 4 miles away, Providence Milwaukee is 6 miles away, Providence St. Vincent is 6 miles away, and Legacy Good Samaritan is 7 miles away.
